Monday Breakfast:eggs to order, French Toast & pancakes Lunch: macaroni & cheese bites, hot dogs, pbj & chips Dinner: lasagna Tuesday Breakfast: eggs to order, French Toast, pancakes Lunch: naked chicken tenders, fish sticks & fries Dinner: herbed chicken, polenta & veggie Wednesday Breakfast: eggs to order, French toast & pancakes Lunch: tuna salad, egg salad & potato salad Dinner: rotini with pesto or marinara sauce Thursday Breakfast: eggs to order, French Toast, pancakes Lunch: chicken or cheese quesidillas, refried beans Dinner: salmon or chicken, rice, veggie Friday Lunch: bagged lunch w/a sandwich wrap There are a limited amount of Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches & pancake mix available. Once we are out, that is it for the year!
