Monday
Lunch: BBQ chicken pizza
Dinner: Cheesy Fettucine

Tuesday
Lunch: Italian sub sandwiches & Fries
Dinner: Cumin-Scented Quinoa and Black Rice & Chicken Breasts with Herbs & Veggie

Wednesday
Lunch: Pasta Salad & Naked tenders (gluten free) with teriyaki sauce, honey mustard sauce or honey
Dinner: Basic Baked Breaded Salmon & Crispy Garlic-Sage Potatoes, Veggie

Thursday

Lunch: Taco salad
Dinner: Chicken Breasts with Tomato-Herb Pan Sauce & Broiled Polenta with Winter Tomato Sauce

Friday
Lunch: Tomato soup, Mac and Cheese, Turkey sandwich
