Southwestern Turkey Burgers (Gluten Free)

Ingredients:

Burgers:

1 1/4 lb ground turkey
8 oz black beans, rinsed, drained & lightly mashed
1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips (gluten free brand)
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp cilantro
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt

 Sides:

1 avocado, peeled, diced
sour cream
salsa
lettuce
gluten free hamburger buns

Directions:

Mix all ingredients & form patties. Grill & Enjoy!
